Our Rates Policy
Life is good...Pets make it better...Rendezvous style!
Rendezvous Rates Policy
Thank you for considering us in caring for your treasured pet. Our goal is that your pet may have as much fun on vacation with us, as you do, wherever your destination may be.
Our explanation of rates is as follows:
We are a “Pet Hotel” and if you think of us as such, it will make drop off and pick-up times more easily understood.
Check in can be as early as 8 am on arrival day, and check out is 12:00 noon the following day for a one day fee.*As most hotels require you to come in the after noon, KPR allows you to make the most of your pets day by allowing drop off as early as 8am and as late as 5:30 pm. As is with other hotels, we have reserved a room especially for your pet, and we hope that you will be able to make the most of what we have offered to you. We cannot discount our rates because your schedule allows you to come later in the day. *Exception being with Platinum Plus clients see below.
We have given you (if you are able to take advantage) a full day, and ½ of the following day, for one days rate. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate each of your schedules & base our rates on the time your pet is actually with us. If your pet is with us beyond check out time on the last day of the stay, we will start charging according to the time you pet is with us, from 1-3pm is ½ days rate, 3-5pm is ¾ your days rate, and 5-6 is the full days rate, because your treasure has been with us all day. Yes, you will pay for the evening whether you pick up or not, because by 6pm we have done everything necessary to prepare your pet for the night. Meals have been given, medications received, and most importantly we cannot clean & sell your pets room to another guest, as it is taken. If you arrive between 5-6 pm your rate is exactly the same as if you came by 12 noon check out the following day.
*We have accommodated those Platinum Plus, play all day, travelers by offering a discounted “Weekend Warriors” Package. What this does, is removes “play fees” on the initial drop off day, when people are dropping between 5-6pm. (no time for play) For above reasons we cannot discount the last day if the pet stays all day the last day.
Platinum clients and those packages with less daily play can usually be given when the pet arrives by 4pm. We prefer people and their pets come in the am to make the most of what we have to offer…or at least by 2pm to have afternoon recreation time. We understand when you can’t, but we cannot re-create our rates, nor do hotels change their rates, when we arrive much later than check-in time.

Training Rates
$45.00 per hour: Private lesson with client & dog
$25.00 per 1/2 hour:Private lesson with client & dog
$20.00 per 1/2 hour: Without owner on premises while boarding, grooming or dog daycare clients.
Board & Train Discounted passes
$140 for a six 1/2 hour lesson punch-card (private with owner, in house)
$110 for a six 1/2 hour punch-card(private, with owner in house)
